ALTİM ALÜMİNYUM San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti was founded in 2003 and has been operating in Aluminum Profile Manufacturing. It provides services to various companies and sectors in line with customer demands. Our company has succeeded to take its place in the sector with its quality as of its establishment.

Our production is carried out in extrusion and surface treatment facility sites with an indoor area of 14,.000 m2, built on an area of 20.000 m2. The extrusion factory has three different 900 tons, 1460 tons and 2000 tons of extrusion presses, thermal furnaces and a molding room. In the surface treatment facility area, there is an anodic coating facility, electrostatic powder coating unit and mechanical operation workshop. In our anodizing coating facility, satin, polishing and grinding surface processes can be performed. There are electrolytic tin and nickel coloring baths as well as a yellow coloring bath. In powder painting, chrome-free pretreatment can be applied.

In our mechanical processing workshop; CNC, saw, eccentric press are available and operations related to machining can be performed. Our monthly aluminum profile production capacity is 900.000 kg, anodizing coating capacity is 450.000 kg and powder painting capacity is 300.000 kg. Our products have a wide range of application in various sectors such as automotive, electrical electronic, air-conditioning and ventilation, machinery, medical, food, construction, advertising and furniture.

In addition to quality products, our main targets are not to harm the ecological balance, to use energy, raw materials and natural resources efficiently, to minimize waste at the source, to improve occupational health and safety and environmental awareness.

We provided continuity in our quality by obtaining EN-ISO 9001:2015, EN-ISO 14001:2015, BS-OHSAS 18001:2007, TS EN 12020-1, TS EN 755-1, TS EN 15088:2005, QUALICOAT Seaside and QUALANOD certificates. Our efforts continue to provide quality products and services with the integrated management system we have established.
