Our extrusion facility is built on a large area of 20,000 m², with 14,000 m² of it being enclosed space. All the necessary stages for transforming raw aluminium into aluminium profiles are meticulously carried out in our facility.

Quality Control

Tenifer

Tenifer is a special heat treatment applied to aluminium profiles to enhance wear and corrosion resistance.

Die Allocation

Custom profile designs from customers are analyzed by experienced engineers, and the necessary dies for production are carefully prepared.

Water Treatment

Treatment of water and chemicals used in the aluminium profile production process to prevent environmental harm.

Laboratory

In our modern laboratory, samples from final products undergo chemical and mechanical testing.
