Mechanical Process
About the Factory

Our cutting department has double-head saws, profile slicing machines, etc. and angled cutting can be done on the relevant machines. We have 3, 3+1, 4+1 and 5 axis CNC machines. We have C type 25, 35, 40, 60 and 80 Ton eccentric presses.

Products; In line with the demands of our customers, our expert teams can meticulously assemble and make them ready for shipment. Our production capacities; CNC processing center 100 tons/month, cutting center 250 tons/month, eccentric press center 200 tons/month.

Tenifer

Tenifer is a special heat treatment applied to aluminum profiles to provide wear and corrosion resistance.

Mold Allocation

Customers' special profile designs, experienced engineers by and the molds required for production are meticulously prepared.

Purification

Purification of water and chemicals used in the aluminum profile production process without harming the environment.

Laboratory

In our modern laboratory, samples taken from final products are subjected to chemical and mechanical tests
