Our extrusion factories manufacture aluminum profiles using the direct extrusion method. We have a total of 4 extrusion presses, 1100 tons (5 inches), 1460 tons (6 inches) and 2 2000 tons (7 inches), thermal furnaces and 1 molding shop. Our production capacity is 1200 tons/month. Our second 5-inch extrusion press is planned to be in production by the first quarter of 2025, thus our capacity is targeted to be 1500 tons per month.

We have a mechanical processing laboratory in our factory area and Brinell hardness measurement, roughness and tensile tests can be performed on suitable profiles. Our production is mainly carried out with 6XXX series raw materials. Altim Alüminyum can produce aluminum profile sections with unit weights from 50 g/m to 5500 g/m with its current production lines today. Sections with a roughly circular hoop diameter of 220 mm can be produced in our current production presses.

The surface treatment factory area includes an anodizing coating facility, electrostatic powder coating line and packaging unit. Satin, polishing and grinding surface treatments can be performed in our anodizing coating facility; There are 3 anodizing coating process baths and also electrolytic tin and nickel coloring baths. Polishing, grinding and satin decorative surface treatments can be performed in our anodizing unit depending on customer demand.

Chrome-free coating pre-treatment can be applied in our powder coating unit, there are two electrostatic powder coating units in our process. Our production capacities are 450 tons for anodizing coating and 300 tons for powder coating on a monthly basis. We have a laboratory where the necessary quality controls are carried out within the Qualanod and Qualicoat quality standards, the concentrations of pool chemicals are analyzed and monitored daily, and the necessary controls such as brightness measurement, coating thickness, etc. on the painted materials are regularly carried out by our engineers.

Our company offers various packaging models with foil, stretching, tape pulling and shrink packaging machines. Palletizing is done according to the areas where the products will be used and storage conditions, and all precautions are taken to prevent problems in the delivery of the products.

The relevant departments in our Mechanical Processing unit are; Cutting, CNC Processing, Eccentric Press, Assembly and Packaging departments and machining-related processes can be performed here. Our cutting department has machines such as double-head saw, profile slicing machine etc. and angled cutting can be done on the relevant machines. We have 3, 3+1, 4+1 and 5 axis CNC machines. We have C type 25, 35, 40, 60 and 80 Ton eccentric presses. Products; In line with the demands of our customers, they can be meticulously assembled by our expert teams and made ready for shipment. Our production capacities are; CNC processing center 100 tons/month, cutting center 250 tons/month, eccentric press center 200 tons/month.
